Welcome to AMI Industries. Founded by Mr. Shashikant Shah, who started the original firm under the name of AMI Plastics which commenced in the year 1970. With the knowledge and experience of more than 55 Years, AMI Plastics established a new firm under the name of AMI Industries in 2010 and since then the firm has been manufacturers of Plastic & Rubber Moulded Components.

AMI Industries was started by Mr. Divyesh Shah (Proprietor), son of Mr. Shashikant Shah. He has implemented his knowledge and has expanded to a total of four manufacturing plants.

Our organisation has been into manufacturing of the Home Appliances division, specifically into Washing Machine and Air Conditioner components. With the commencement of our fourth plant, we have also successfully executed the application of Vibration Welding & Ultrasonic Welding in Plastics, specifically tailored for Home Appliances.

Precision mould fabrication and qualification to dimensional and surface finish specs.

Moulding

High-speed injection moulding with SPC control across 24 machines, 80T–650T.

Assembly

Ultrasonic or vibration welding of sub-assemblies with full BOM traceability.

QC & Dispatch

100% inspection, air leak testing and dimensional checks per ISO 9001:2015.
